Role Mission: This role is responsible for planning and analyzing all MARCOM and G&A OPEX and CAPEX. Control and optimize resources to support informed business decisions. Scope of responsibilities & activities: Prepare robust budget for MARCOM and G&A function. Conduct insightful analysis to support resource allocation and prioritization. Propose actionable improvement. Review and approve PR/PO and invoice to ensure full compliance with budget, contract, and internal control policies Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing; Support audit activities Support financial report formalization and submission. Lead the overview of monthly financial review. Ensure the materials are on solid ground to explain performance and sort out the highlights. Draft monthly financial call materials. Proactively work as finance BP to communicate with BU partners, provide daily financial support, BU performance tracking; propose corrective action and monitor result. Cooperate with SSC and Kering tax/treasury/legal dept for fiscal regulatory matters Proactively involve in the launching of SAP and related satellite systems Maintain database; promote the automation and improve efficiency of workflows Support CFO and Financial Controller to consolidate Greater China data; to harmonize process of diff. markets within GC region Other ad-hoc analysis assigned Job Requirements Bachelor or above degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent accounting certificate is a plus Excellent analytical skills. Financial modelling experience preferred Excellent communication skills and fluent English speaker Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; Experience of SAP is a plus Attention to details; Eager to learn; Self-starter and self-motivated Ability to work under stringent deadlines with positive attitude

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor or above degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent accounting certificate is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills. Financial modelling experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English speaker
