Job Details

Role Mission As part of our Human Resources team, you contribute to the operational management of the Retail population for Aruba, Brazil, Chile, Mexico and Panama. As such, you participate in the following missions:

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist the HR Team for the development of the HR projects
  • Develop and prepare a variety of reports related to the main HR processes/HR data and also provide administrative support for: Performance Management, Budget, Personnel, Benefits etc.
  • Research, format, and update job descriptions
  • Research in employees' files
  • Prepare documents for data entry of employee changes, new hirings, terminations, etc.
  • Support employees with any basic queries or requirements (asking appropriate solutions to the HR Team)
  • Ensure the relevant HR Internal System database is up to date
  • Prepare miscellaneous Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents as needed


Requirements

  • Profile Higher education (at least 2 years to graduate).
  • Advanced in English
  • Proficient in Excel, Power Point and Word
  • Team worker
  • Willing to learn and passionate about HR Management topics.
  • Force of proposal, dynamic and autonomous, you master the pack office and you have the sense of the confidentiality of the information as well as a very good capacity of listening.
  • You demonstrate a great sense of adaptation, excellent interpersonal skills and open-mindedness.
