Intern- Marketing & PR, LATAM

Position Overview

The Communications Intern will support the Latam Regional Communications department to deliver disruptive, high impact 360 marketing plans across all Latam markets.

This role will support both PR and Media initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

PR

• Monitor and update editorial grids.
• Monitor cover and support editorial recaps.
• Support Jewelry borrows requests.
• Create visual/disruptive internal materials.
• Manage Influencer and Stylist requests.
• Manage special dates calendar including updating dates, additions, and delivery of gifts.
• Update global and regional key dates calendar.
• Identify relevant and upcoming influencers by market.
• Support creator IQ campaigns.
• Monitor influencers post campaign results.
• Support DMR Analysis and reporting

Media & Ecomm

• Support Email request and asset fulfillment
• Request eComm Marketing Material
• Request of Media assets via MOM

Qualifications

• Passion and creativity for relationship building and communications.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and multi-task
• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Technical Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel specifically)
