As a Talent Partner at HUGO BOSS, you will play a crucial role in identifying and supporting our internal talents. You will accompany teams and colleagues in their internal development and be an important sparrings partner for our leaders.

We welcome discussions regarding part-time models starting at 26 hours/week. The contract will be limited until end of May 2025.

What you can expect:

  • Maintain regular and close contact with talents and leaders in your support area.
  • Guide and advise talents on their career paths, providing individualized support.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders regarding team and personal development, recognizing and nurturing talent within your field.
  • Take responsibility for executing annual calibration rounds and succession management.
  • Identify and develop area-specific qualification measures in collaboration with Talent Management colleagues.
  • Work closely with HR interfaces such as Strategic Business Partners, HR Managers, and the Recruiting team.
  • Advise HR Strategic Business Partners and departments on change implementation, ensuring successful outcomes


Your profile:

  • Successfully completed degree in psychology, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in talent management or a generic HR position, preferably in an international company.
  • Experience in driving and supporting change processes.
  • Your excellent communication and interpersonal skillshelp you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Hands-on experience in planning and conducting workshops.
  • Strong customer orientation, and a good understanding of business processes.
  • Business fluency in both German and English.
