About the role

We now have a rare and exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Visual Merchandising Manager, Australia & New Zealand.

The Visual Merchandising Manager is the ambassador of Tiffany & Co. and is responsible for ensuring consistency, quality, and sophistication of the visual merchandising implementation in the network. You will partner closely with the retail teams and regional stakeholders to ensure global brand vision are executed whilst owning the local strategy for visual merchandising in the market.

Responsibilities include, but are no limited to:
  • managing the retail activation strategy on all animations, i.e store events, art exhibitions partnerships, store openings and cosmetic upgrade, pop-ins and pop-ups
  • managing a team of Visual Merchandising Specialists in market
  • building a Visual Merchandising Programming Calendar
  • aligning on collection placement strategy in market
  • monitoring the visual standard of all stores in ANZ
  • ensuring styling guidelines and the merchandising strategy is upheld in all stores
  • controlling the budget and expenditure of the VM department and meet business targets
  • effective oversight of the CVM function to ensure timely and strong executive of creative campaigns, in-store displays and product presentation

The ideal candidate will:
  • have 7-10 years' experience in merchandising, visual display, styling
  • have demonstrated experience in developing and coaching a team
  • be familiar with local vendor sources for display supplies, hardware, props, furniture, flowers
  • have exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • be ambitious, flexible, outgoing and enthusiastic
  • be able to work with a variety of people, present ideas and information to groups
  • be flexible in working evenings and weekends, on occasion
  • have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.)
