For our corners of Inno Rue Neuve, we are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Shop Manager.As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will support the Shop Manager for all operational aspects on and off the store floor. You are a manager of commercial nature, a sales cannon with excellent leadership skills. You guard the store formula used. You closely follow competition and trends. You are a host/hostess and a role model for your employees. You have a positive attitude with a large dose of perseverance. You work customer and service oriented and you are able to exceed expectations together with your team. You are closely involved in the financial, logistical and visual aspects. You are the business card of HUGO BOSS and with your customer and service-oriented attitude you know how to offer our customers the best service.

What you can expect:

• You support the Shop Manager for the independent functioning of your shop and performing the shop administration;
• Coaching and motivating your team so that set goals and turnover targets are achieved;
• Conducting evaluation interviews;
• Ensuring an optimal atmosphere for both employees and customers;
• Managing the flow of goods and ensuring optimal store occupancy;
• Analyzing KPIs and taking action for improvement;
• Optimal customer service, housekeeping and neat tidy departments.

Your profile:

• Experience in a similar position for 2-3 years is a must
• Strong personality, representative, communicative and socially adept
• Affinity with our clothing and target group
• Flexible attitude, working on weekends and shopping nights is not a problem;
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch & French or French & English
  Living within a radius of 30 kilometers from Brussels
