Position Overview
​​The Operation & Marketing Intern will support the Watches & Jewelry division, participate in the daily activities and will be involved in specific projects in Marketing and Operations. ​

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
MASTERDATA MANAGEMENT
* Create new materials in SAP and ensure consistency between material creation and wording
* Enter cost & price in SAP and check price coherence SUPPLY CHAIN
* Coordinate sales & marketing tools inventory (follow markets orders, assist on shipments)
* Coordinate products and samples requests from global markets
* Support in inventory management: coordinate returns from markets, inventory reconciliation over different storage locations MARKETING
* Carry competitor analysis (offer, pricing)
* Coordinate communications on Ralph Lauren internal media supports (Workplace, Bravo)
* Update Image bank and product catalogues SALES
* Support internal staff sales

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* ​​​Advanced Microsoft Office in particular Excel and PowerPoint
* ​Attention to detail
* ​Team player
* ​Ability to multi-task
* ​Able to work on own initiative and to be pro-active
* ​Fluent in reading, speaking, and writing in English Internship convention is mandatory Internship duration: minimum 6 months - renewable
