Position Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Host at the prestigious Ralph Lauren flagship store on Bond Street! We are seeking a welcoming and professional individual to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience for our valued customers. As the face of our store, you will greet customers in a warm and sincere manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to engage with a diverse range of customers, both domestic and international, catering to their individual needs and preferences.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and greet customers as they enter the store with a personal approach - Introduce customers to relevant team members on the floor - Share interesting insights and stories to enhance customer visit and deliver the RL experience - Manage the coffee queue efficiently - Ensure that all elements of service are available in store and proposed to customers - Local knowledge of Mayfair or London, provide recommendations for local attractions and services - Resolve customer issues with a problem-solving attitude - Collaborate with the sales and service team to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
