Store Manager (M/F) - Rome - CDI full time

Job Description

The Rome Store Manager will manage a team of 9. The manager will support in leading the ZIMMERMANN teams to success. Whilst embodying the ZIMMERMANN brand: brining optimism, creativity and sophistication in everything they do. Overall, we are looking for a role model for the team members, to consistently provide leadership and set a standard. Where team members feel inspired to come to work.
 

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure client satisfaction is achieved by every team member
• To ensure that all team members achieve a superior standard of excellence in client service, brand knowledge and product knowledge
• Promote an enjoyable working environment which promotes passion, focus and discipline.
• Following the recruitment process to be effectively managed in store
• Oversee the stocktake and make sure the stock coordinators are organised, prepared and conducted in accordance with our P&P
• Check timesheets are completed
• To ensure the merchandising, window display and the team’s presentation and wardrobe is done in accordance with our P&P
   

Skills, Experience and Knowledge

• Profound experience in a similar leadership role
• Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail
• Passion for the brand and Fashion retail industry
• Strong communication skills – the ability to interact positively to the team and clients in store
• Fluent in English.
