As the Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of brand strategy and execution, playing a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our luxury brands.

We are seeking a talented and innovative Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Designer you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning collections that capture the essence of Colombia. You'll collaborate closely with the Creative Director and the Product Team to develop designs that incorporate vibrant colours, intricate prints, and unique cultural elements.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop resort collections in a drop format for both women's and men's wear that reflect the brand's aesthetic and vision.
  • Utilize a keen understanding of Colombian culture and fashion trends to infuse authenticity and uniqueness into designs.
  • Incorporate a diverse range of colors and prints that evoke the spirit of Colombia while maintaining the feeling of resort all year long.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and Product Team to translate conceptual ideas into cohesive design concepts.
  • Conduct thorough research on art, fabrics, and techniques which inspire the creative team.
  • Create detailed technical sketches and specifications for production, ensuring designs are executed to the highest quality standards.
  • Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to source materials and oversee the sampling process, from initial concept to final sample.
  • Participate in fittings and garment development to ensure designs are realised according to the original vision and meet fit and quality standards.
  • Provide creative input and support for marketing and promotional activities, including photoshoots and brand campaigns.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing events, campaigns, and other relevant platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field experience.
  • Proven experience as a Designer within the fashion industry, with a focus on women's and men's wear.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including color, print, and silhouette development.
  • Deep understanding of Colombian culture, fashion trends, and aesthetic preferences.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish is a bonus.
  • Passion for fashion and a creative mindset with a willingness to push boundaries and explore new ideas.
